The National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) is a not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to provide an organization through which boards of nursing act and counsel together on matters of common interest and concern affecting the public health, safety and welfare, including the development of licensing examinations in nursing. Additionally, almost every nurse, including primary care nurses, case managers, transport nurses, school and hospice nurses, among many others, needs to routinely cross state boundaries to provide the public with access to nursing services, and a multistate license facilitates this process. How many people think they've had the new FBI audit? That's not the whole room, those two groups together. So I'm thinking that the third question will be the most popular answer, how many people are not sure which audit they've had? Okay, it's still not that audience participation I was looking for, okay, team, we need to do better. Okay, just in case you want... and one more important question, do we have any nurses in the room? Okay, just two, how about CPR-qualified? So we got there, there, and there. I only have 26 slides, the chance for death by PowerPoint is limited, but remember where those folks are just in case you start to drift off, okay.
