Returns for the NCSBN investment portfolio for the first six months of the fiscal year totaled $31.5 million. Asset allocation valuations were within investment policy ranges. LSC Policy 1.0 Review The committee reviewed the LSC’s policies and procedures and discussed changes to policies 3.3, 4.3.2, 4.4.1, 4.5.5, and 4.6.2. Staff confirmed that revisions to the policy would be vetted through NCSBN’s legal counsel and then be presented to the committee for review and adoption at a future committee meeting.
