    Many of the governments in the OECD are very interested to learn how this is going and may wish to adopt it. And certainly, Norway was one of the countries that was very keen to use this kind of direct assessment tools and we hope we can get you to work with some of these non- U.S. countries that are interested. The areas for improvement. Definitely, we need to address these narrow definitions of service requirements and skills.     And for the Texas Board of Nursing, we currently have over 513,000 active licensees. The average age of our nurses is 45 as of 2019.     And the issue with the nursing education, the needs for two years of clinical nursing practice in the two years of collaboration, we were still in the fight for getting rid of collaboration altogether, and the education piece hadn't started at all. Okay, so we're now into the year 2021 of our journey. And we had legislation, but the Governor wanted two years of RN clinical experience and two years of physician collaboration. We were opposed to that. And what happened was it got to the Governor, despite all of the support that was happening both within the consumer side of folks contacting the Governor, as well as ourselves.

    Addiction is generally a term that historically, technically speaking, has only described the more severe end of the spectrum, the impaired control over use, despite harmful consequences. But we talk about addiction, I think, more generically, and people do this, which encompasses the whole spectrum of substance involvement and impairment. Misuse is another term that is used to describe, for example, the non-medical use, for example, of prescription opioids. And substance use disorder, again, some of the more older terms like alcoholism, which has been around since 1856, has now fallen out of favor from a technical standpoint. But our language changes and our definitions change.

    When we talk about human beings, it's a complex problem. How can we actually translate that complex problem in a complex solution, but that is still easy to understand when we are trying to use that technology? We have data-driven solutions. Identify duplicate/non-needed actions. Why we are doing several times the same thing? Why we are collecting the same data several times in the same admission for the same patient? Why the systems don't talk to each other? We have to partner with bedside nurses. I love the bedside nurses.
