The patient didn't have a prescription for that and order for that and they are substituting that if you take enough Benadryl, it helps you sleep. You don't realize you're in pain. So, even looking at the non-controlled withdrawals or access can indicate that. - That's a wonderful idea. Have you been able to do that in try cases with that sort of evidence? - Yes. - Persuasively? - Yes. - Great. So, that's a great point. And this one, we had these sort of cases.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Douglas Collins has been confirmed to be Secretary of the VA. He's a former Georgia State Legislator, and so we're going to be looking to our Georgia folks for some intel on Mr. Collins. He then served in Congress until 2021. And in relation to his time now at the VA, he has vowed to "cut regulations and elevate the quality of care for veterans." So, certainly, the Federal Affairs Office at NCSBN is going to make sure that we are tying public safety to quality of care, because we know that those two things are so intertwined.
