You had evidence all over the place, and you didn't know where to go to look for what. - What happens is people interpret what a complainant is differently. So, for example, the hospital is going to file a complaint, but that's not really your complainant. So people would dump, like, "Well, the hospital made a complaint, and so I sent the letter of request to the complainant, and they sent me back these records." And so all of a sudden, I see these medical records in the complainants. So I'm like, "Really? This is what you think a complainant should...?"
