We feature different agencies each month to talk about it. Unfortunately, it's not a public meeting. So we can talk freely about what we are doing or not doing. But it's an exciting way for us to keep track of how much in the federal space is going on in telehealth. We also started a new website, telehealth.hhs.gov. This is to be a one-stop shop for everything the federal government might want you to know about telehealth, and our office runs this website. We initially just focused on patients and providers at the start of the pandemic.

But, this is where…This is the next phase of social media. And create a mobile app. It's not that difficult, you don't have to be Steve Jobs to figure out how to create these mobile apps.. But use your analytics on your website. Find out what people are searching for the most and start there. Start small. Like, for us, it's the ability to file a complaint or look up a license number, and then just, we have a resource database.
