And I'm saying this and going off script a little bit because our Awards Program did suffer since probably 2020, 2021, and '22. We are rebuilding. We did have an increase in the number of nominations this year and we're so excited. Marketing gave us that wonderful photo booth and it was just a way to capture your attention to hopefully get you motivated and want to engage because, after all, the Awards Program is for honoring your work and your excellence in nursing regulation.
