    And then we conducted, and this was our research department, they are a fabulous department. We conducted a quantitative study of five years of the Boards of Nursing's annual reports. Now this was done in 2020. At the time, the annual reports were individual for each Board of Nursing. So while, as you can see, we have a lot of data, much of it wasn't consistent because they didn't all ask the same questions. In our annual report program now where we have 38 states participating, all of the programs get all of the consistent questions.
