The Board moved to approve the renewal of the NCLEX Examination contract with Pearson VUE. Rationale: The terms of the contract are currently being negotiated by the team appointed by the Board. Review and Discussion of Proposed Guiding Principles for the Future of Regulation Action #19 The Board reviewed and discussed the current revision of the Guiding Principles of Nursing Regulation.
