Otherwise, I think, if you're too heavy-handed, it's possible the legislature will take your powers away from you, so I think you need to be very judicious in them. All right, so let's talk about some of our public-protection issues. And these are, again, factors that I think we need to be thinking about when we're answering that ultimate question which is, "Do we proceed or do we wait for the criminal case to resolve itself?" So temporary suspension pending hearing, again, that's really going to be an issue if...I don't know, does anyone here allow you just to do a temporary suspension without a hearing?

So, again, you know, a single drop-down for the cause and then two mutually exclusive drop-downs that do not share options for the rationale. - Emily, a question for you concerning reference ranges or normal ranges. Will those always be presented to the candidate? - Yeah. So, specifically, we're looking at lab values.

It's just, "I kind of see a concern, I want to raise it to someone and talk about my options." So, this kind of proactive outreach is a great way to start that conversation. And the example of this from Washington would be, we were receiving a higher-than-normal number of complaints for a specific hospital. And when we looked at that hospital, we found that these complaints were all centered around the surgical teams. So, the physician board and the nursing board work together, and we tried to draw a correlation. Is there a certain physician, certain nurse, certain team that is working differently than the rest of them?
