However, as this is not always possible, more effective ways to create a familiar, comfortable environment for culturally and ethnically diverse populations will become increasingly relevant. Regulation Not unexpectedly, regulation was seen by all as creating challenges to implementing culture change. Some felt that non-nurse regulators lack insight into nursing practice and are largely responsible for regulations that do not support high quality or person- centered care. Many believed that nursing practice in nursing homes, unlike other settings, is driven by the regulators and the regulations, and that nurses in this setting have lost control of their practice.

As of November 2021, there are 22 BONs participating. 2. As of November 2021, there are seven BONs that have expressed interest, and NCSBN has been actively working with four of them. 3. Associate members have also expressed interest in participating, and it is our goal to open the database to associate members in the future.

Now, these may seem... or are they probably seem obvious, however, the auditor mentioned them to us, so he has had this happen during his many FBI audits. And in the state of North Carolina alone, he didn't just visit with us, he visited with a lot of different regulatory boards. So, important, first of all, tell the receptionist when he's going to be there, he or she, so that he knows when the audit is. Expect the auditor and then treat the auditor just like you would any other person.
