So this was a good example, Nahale, of something you used this morning, of how we were charged by the executive committee, we took it to committee, and we've gone back and forth. And here we are. But the reports are going to have some minor enhancements because the technical task force and a subset of the compliance committee did meet with the Nursys team about the current reports and asked for some enhancements. And I'm happy to say, and I think Jim is going to come back and take team with me on this, that they accepted the majority of those requests, and they will be putting them into place in their next revision.

It was established by legislation in 2002. So grateful for those visionary nurses that got that legislation through. And we celebrated our 20th anniversary in 2022. And also grateful to the NCSBN in supporting this research with the 2019 grant. So, what do we know about the LPN workforce? We know there are nearly a million LPNs in the country, and they're essential members of the healthcare team.

It's concerning. It's curious. And so, how do you turn that from criticism into curiosity question becomes, you know, the work. Because when you go from criticism to curiosity, with curiosity, you're really able to elicit much more information, which is our ultimate goal. Does that make sense? Thank you for that. Who else? - Just a comment. So one, I totally agree with curiosity, right? And then I don't know if you have any children or, you know, you have any people that you care about that also have questionable judgment.
