That's not the case with overridable meds, right? Every unit has a list of meds that are overridable, and the nurse can get to it even without an order. But except for those, in a profiled station, there must be an order in order for the nurse to remove it. In a non-profiled station, the nurse can access whatever med they need, assuming it's in the ADM, regardless...there are no orders. So it's kind of like an override system 100%. That's important to know when you're doing an investigation. Normally, you would only see a non-profiled area in a procedural area, perhaps.
