The key thing for you as regulators was this, the unit placed huge emphasis on nursing standards or midwifery standards. So in all the training, in all the supervision, in all the conversations that they were having about how to stay safe and be safe and deliver high-quality care, they referenced regulatory standards and they promoted the individual agency of each and every member of that team.
