We did a survey with our employees to find out because we wanted their feedback and say, "Hey, what is it that you all want?" Because we're not a big program. Well, we're a big program, but we have a small staff. - I was going to say you are a big program. - So we have about 25, 26 employees. So they gave us their feedback and it was overwhelmingly, "We want to stay at home." They like the work-life balance. So to pull them back just because they could, I think it would've just really affect their morale so we will stay remote. - Nice. - Good. - And we did maintain half of our office and another company leased the other half.

Providing actual performance data between rounds one and two appeared to have little influence on the panelists second ratings which suggests that either the data confirmed the panlists’ ideas of how difficult the item was or it failed to persuade them to modify their rating. The cut scores and associated ranges within which the final cut score might be set as a result of using the Yes/No method are shown in Table 4. Panelists received their individual ratings and feedback in raw scores; however, the converted scale score in the IELTS’s band score (0-9) metric is also reported. If the cut score were set at the average final value across the panel, it would be 29 out of a possible total of 40 (SD = 4).

And so, you see how each of these population foci defines the role for that advanced practice nurse. Accrediting bodies, we are all familiar with the accrediting bodies. The one thing on the resource list. The curriculum for all of the different roles can actually be found on AACN's website. I just discovered that recently. And so, I would share that with you. But what the accrediting bodies actually do is provide that standardization, making sure that the education is meeting what is needed, and they actually do an external review and look at what's happening in practice, and then apply that back and report back to our boards of nursing.

And that is why they are also accountable for it. Few more statistics. We have 14 million records in the system. Now, please don't confuse with the 14 million nurses. No, we have just records in the system of active and not active licenses. We do process 4 million records on a monthly basis. And what does that mean? That means that all of the data coming in from our boards of nursing gets processed in the system automatically. Twenty-five hundred-plus disciplines are created in the system by the boards of nursing.
