    The Model Act & Rules committee was the second committee appointed and this gave us an opportunity for a greater number of volunteers as subcommittees were formed focused on different areas of the Model Act & Rules. The research team certainly undertakes a robust agenda that's considered by the Board as are the results of significant studies. This year, the team used the 2022 National Nursing Workforce Survey data to conduct a deeper analysis of the nursing workforce that was published and is being quoted by many other nursing entities.
