It tells them, you know, kind of some information we want them to know and again, pushes them back out to Nursys. If you've not already done it, make sure you enroll and pushes them to get that information themselves. And then, of course, messaging on our website and our renewal portal. Beverly: I found out about the scholar in residence position through the work I’ve been doing with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). My mentor mentioned the U.S. Nurse Safety Study being proposed at NCSBN, and because of its similarities to my areas of research, I started reviewing the NCSBN website, where I found the position. I thought this would be a wonderful opportunity to take the research I’ve been doing in the world of sleep and health care and tie it to patient care errors. My focus has always been on the individual nurse and how lack of sleep impacts nurse health.

National Council has made that information, made that data, made that research fully and openly 100% available to us. We know where we're headed. When you're teaching pharmacology next Monday morning, when you're teaching fundamentals, when you're teaching community health next Wednesday, you know we've got research. There's tons of data on NCSBN's website, tons of bibliographies that you can go through, tons of information. We know what your students are going to be doing the day after graduation. So when you're building that community health course, when you're building your lectures in nursing research, when you're building lab for fundamentals or advanced students, guess what?

And we talked about how long someone sits in an organization and kind of, you know, muddle through the network, and also where they, you know, how long it takes for them to get caught. But really it starts at recon, right, it starts by looking at what's available on the public web, whether that's Facebook, or LinkedIn, or other social media posts, or just the company's website, and doing some reconnaissance and understanding who they are, and building attacks that are customized to that company, right. When they get initially compromised, and once again, there's a variety of ways that can happen, whether through the network, or through a human, or what it may be, but they will try to establish a foothold, right.
