    It's not focused on the needs of the nurse. It's focused on the needs of the patient and the healthcare team that the nurse is collaborating with, right? Obviously, the competency of interprofessional partnerships, right? This is where the issue of team dynamics and communication, mutual respect, and ethics is explicit in the expectation for nurse competency.

    So, many of you are aware of NCSBN structure. I mean, our primary members are the U.S. members. We also have exam user members and associate members, international members as well. Our staff, 150 to 190. But that goes up and down, it depends on consultants that we may have for a project. We bring in consultants in the beginning of the projects quite heavy, and then we trail off, so that numbers goes up and down. Infrastructure team, help desk team and infrastructure staff. Besides that, we also added cybersecurity manager within the infrastructure team as well.
