The psychometric performance of the NCLEX examinaons using computerized adapve tesng (CAT) connued to be exemplary. • 1996 - In April, Naonal Council’s public website was launched, offering resources including NCLEX examinaon informaon. • 1997 - NCLEX®, NCLEX-RN®, and NCLEX-PN® became registered trademarks of NCSBN®. o The Chauncey Group Internaonal was approved by the delegates as the NCLEX examinaon test service for October 1, 1999, through September 30, 2002.

But there are three primary points. It was the location of the company, it was the location of the provider, and it was the location of the patient. Right? And so these companies often differentiated both in their public-facing kind of marketing, and their own descriptions on their website, but also within their communicated requirements of the position. This near universal requirement was also reflected in the job advertisements as well. All but two of the job advertisements that we analyzed ultimately mentioned general licensure or registration requirement.

Policymakers, program administrators, and employers must identify and implement methods to improve working conditions to retain and recruit more nurses for education, particularly among those employed in in-demand clinical practice specialty areas. Back to Table of Contents Page 11 Ncsbn.org Redesign NCSBN launched an enhanced version of its ncsbn.org website to better highlight our initiatives and products, and align the site with NCSBN’s mission. Central to this redesign was a renewed emphasis on NCSBN’s work to ensure that when someone is sick, hurt or at their most vulnerable, they encounter nurses working at the top of their expertise and education who provide safe and competent care.

In effect, this allows us to draw inferences about the entire nursing workforce across the U.S. by reporting population weighted national estimates. Full details on our methods and approach are provided in the publication of the main study findings which are readily available and free for download on the Journal for nursing regulation website. At the close of the survey, approximately 27,000 of the successfully delivered RN surveys were returned yielding response rate of 17.8%. In addition, 23,000 of this gospel LPN surveys were returned resulting in a 15.2% response rate. There was a drop-off associated with our email based jurisdictions.

IMSH happened last week. If you look at her work, she has a wonderful model for, how do we make this pedagogically sound? We make sure that it's learner centered, student centered, that you're measuring outcomes. She has lots of tools, INACSL has a whole beautiful website for measurement. And then, of course, a big piece of it is debriefing. And I will proudly say I am a proud mama because one of my doctoral students was Kristina Dreifuerst who is also on what I'm reporting out today. And Kris did debriefing for meaningful learning, so DML.
