Nurse Williston advertised and represented herself as practicing a birthing center, and under Missouri law, that requires a physician or CNM in collaboration with one. And again, I told you earlier that she didn't have a collaborative practice agreement, and we'll get into that in just a little bit later. The court also said that she identified herself as a CNM on the website. Mother, in fact, testified in the case that she had seen that advertising on the website and that it influenced her in choosing nurse Williston. The aforementioned consent agreement and financial agreement, both of those things identified nurse Williston by her nursing credentials, and even the progress notes that nurse Williston maintained throughout this case reflected that she was a CNM.

The blue figures surrounding the healthcare cross image our hands so that shows, you know, caring for the people of the state and its healthcare and sort of protecting Florida and its people. So, this branding, this look was implemented across, like Teye mentioned, a new website, social media accounts, which included Twitter and Facebook that needed to be active and relevant immediately. Media toolkits and they were also used in templates that were ready for press releases for any event that would happen. We would have that ready to go.

They can invite physicians, physiotherapy, their colleagues that they work with that they would like some feedback from who's observed them, you know, meeting their standards and doing their work. So we are in implementation with this now. I'm going to show you a video shortly of how it works and this is a video on our website to help nurses understand what they need to do. And then we will roll this out over a 5-year cycle because with 40,000 registrants, we're starting out with 7,000-ish this year. We're in the middle of that now. And then we will have a five-year cycle.

And so, therefore, her claim for damages from a public entity regardless of her entitlement to damages under other provisions of the New Jersey Tort Claims Act failed. She had not followed the prescribed notice of claim requirements. And that is where the case ends in 2017. And this occurred ...
