About the NLC NLC Members Model Language, Rules & Bylaws APRN Compact An APRN compact will increase access to care by allowing APRNs to practice seamlessly across member states. It is the safest and most efficient way to meet the growing need for highly qualified health care providers and to provide more choice for patients and APRNs.
