    If they have any changes in their dosage, they have to go back and have another evaluation to make sure they're safe. So we really supervised them quite well.     Zickafoose asked if the committee  had revisions to the Aug. 27, 2024  Annual Meeting minutes. There  were no edits.      J. Baker made a motion to  approve the Aug. 27  minutes as presented, M.  Fortier seconded. The  motion passed.    3.    Model Language for ATD Program  Agreements    NLC Rules Committee Chair J.  Ridenour explained the rationale for  the Rules Committee to compose  model language and reviewed the  legal citations from the NLC statute  and rules. J. Puente explained that  the exact language is not mandatory  but may be amended.

    There  are four components to the retooled  self‐assessment tool. Three states  (AR, VT, WY) are piloting the  program and will submit feedback  by the end of January. The  Compliance Committee will review  their feedback, make any  adjustments, and send the  documents to the Executive  Committee for final review at its  February 18 meeting. A proposed 5‐ year cycle calendar for compliance  reviews will be created. Compliance  policies are being reviewed.        6.    Member Updates      L. Scheidt (MO) informed the  commission that her state board has  implemented a new licensure  system which has presented some  challenges.
