    When we talk to our colleagues, you know, that are really, you know, at the front lines, practicing, leading their teams, educating our future nurses, we need to say to them, "You don't just need to meet once a year when you determine how many clinical sites you need. It really needs to be an ongoing conversation." And this is one of those topics that we should bring up and talk, and we do bring up at the national level, how we can, you know, how we can collaborate.
