For most other workplace incidents, there were more limited gains or decreases observed. Overall, after using the AEDP tool for several months, approximately 7 in 10 respondents now indicated their facility would report a nurse whose employment was terminated due to their role in a serious adverse event.

Formatted_NCSBN_ClinicalDecisionMaking_0814 1 Abstract—Clinical judgment and decision-making is a required component of professional nursing. Expert nurses are known for their efficient and intuitive decision-making processes, while novice nurses are known for more effortful and deliberate decision-making processes. Despite taking longer to make decisions, novices still have trouble with effective decision-making. The aim of this paper is to review the factors that contribute to clinical judgment and decision-making of novice nurses.

So as Phil mentioned, that piece is a more paid program. But each candidate that is unsuccessful in the NCLEX, it also gives them that individual feedback on those various dimensions as well. - How can we get access to that information? - Nicole, will you talk to Joey and get her the website for that? So you have it today, okay? And then I don't know, I don't think it's on our website because it's not our business, it's secondary business, but we can get you the link to it. The other thing that I'll roll back to the last presentation and people ask, one of the member board council [SP] piece is to be able to let the states do that themselves.

Again, I think the advantages of being a multi-profession regulator has made things, like, for example, we've just released a joint statement supporting vaccination across all of those professions. Many of those documents that I'd refer to, that are on our website were multi-profession documents.
