    This leads me to another significant resource I have participated here in NCSBN. My mentor guided me and strongly encouraged me to explore the ICRS courses, specifically the certificate program. She had recently completed the program and sung its praises. According to the NCSBN website, ICRS provides community, connection, and knowledge that will push your career in regulation to the next level. It is a competency-based, interactive, online and blended courses of study. ICRS will not only enhance your regulatory knowledge, it will provide networking with colleagues and expand your skills as a regulator.
