So that means we're talking to nurses, we're talking to institutions and employers, we're also talking to the general public. So, the customer experience team for Nursys is actually two teams. The first team is our 24/7 call center. So we actually have a call center that is a third-party company that we work with, they're out of Winnipeg, Canada. I asked them to take a little picture for me of the team while they were working, so here they are.

The Consensus Model for APRN Regulation, the nationally recognized and longstanding model for APRN regulation, calls for regulation of APRNs to be done by nursing regulatory bodies (NRBs). NRBs have regulated the practice of nursing for more than 100 years. NCSBN stated that in the interest of public safety and protection, best practice dictates that regulation of APRNs should be within the purview of NRBs.

There will be recommendations for changes for the Board of Directors to consider in December before the Janyar 2025 launch. An earlier launch date would require a change to the Member Recognition Policy. A committee member commented that their Board has an internal team dedicated to forming internal and NCSBN nominations for her board.
