And when we do do that, but I think what we're seeing now there's some difficulty in some of the things we're seeing. And I'll just, one of the examples off the top of my head is we get additional clinical hours with the transcript and they have clinical sites. And so just recently had one to send back because it looked strange with, the site just was a hospital name and the signature of the person, no title, no credential. And so we have, again, asked for that information directly from the clinical site.

So for our new grad hires, if you look to the right on this chart, the percent of new grads no longer working in the ICU. I had 2.8% and the non-Lasater unit had 6.1%. Then if you look in the middle at NME to termination, people who no longer work at Mayo Clinic at all, our MICU had 10, almost 5% and I had 1 who was terminated. So because I have a fairly low N and all of the confounding variables that are part of orientation, I cannot draw a truly causative relationship.

You have to think about putting those assets inside your VR experience.
