    It's, you know, we can cover the New Orleans and the Baton Rouges, and the, you know, Lafayette and even Lake Charles, even though it's still under terrible disaster circumstances, Shreveport, Bossier City, all of our larger metropolitan areas. But it's getting out to all these small parishes that is problematic. And many of these individuals don't have the resources, meaning transportation resources to get to vaccination sites. The most prevalent site for them to be able to get to is the churches, because the African American population is very involved in their churches. So, we've really focused on that. But I can't tell you that we have eliminated the health disparities and the inequities of not just vaccine distribution, but of healthcare across the board. - Well, thank you.

    Steve has applied to convert his single state State of Confusion license to a multistate State of Confusion license. Fifteen years ago, shortly after he became a nurse, Steve got into some trouble. Specifically, Steve stole his home health patient's credit card and use it to buy beer. Steve pleaded guilty to misdemeanor theft of property and the State of Confusion placed Steve's license on probation concurrent with the court-ordered probation. Steve successfully completed both his board- ordered and his court-ordered probations, and he now has an active, unencumbered State of Confusion single state license.

    In all jurisdictions except Spain, the regulator has the ultimate responsibility to accredit or approve a nursing education program. In Spain, this ultimate responsibility lies with the government ministry responsible for universities. However, in all jurisdictions, the processes and steps that are followed to earn a credit or approve an educational program are similar. In all jurisdictions, the regulator or its approved disciplinary council are responsible for addressing complaints, fitness to practice and professional discipline. Now, complaints can address conduct, competence and health concerns, and all jurisdictions have a similar process to review, investigate and determine outcomes.
