This scenario doesn't indicate that Tanya's primary state of residence is also Nevada, but it indicates that she holds a multistate license through Nebraska. So we assume Nebraska is her primary state of residence. Note that she does not need to have the same primary state of residence as her spouse. Tanya would practice in Iowa under her multistate license issued by Nebraska. So we hope those concepts and scenarios have been helpful to you. If you have further questions, please email nursecompact@ncsbn.org. Visit the toolkit at ncb.org/nlc-toolkit.htm, or visit the website for the Nurse Licensure Compact at nlc.gov. Thank you. - [Tony] Good afternoon.
