- It's easier to do in a classroom than remotely I can tell you because I've actually done small groups with 250 faculty. It's just a lot more groups. And the bad thing about that is that you can't get around to everybody especially if you're trying to visit group to group. So you really just kind of go to where they need you. But I've done group work with 250 people, so 70, it can be done. And even if you don't have time or the room, now in a COVID environment, we have to be 6 feet apart, we may have to do pair activities.

Standards should be revisited when test specifications, scope of practice, education programs and no other factors change. When we change a test plan, we need to re-evaluate the standard. When aging comes, we need to do standard setting again. Thank you very much. I hope you didn't fall asleep. For more information about standard setting, please visit our website. Thank you

If you are in the position of answering email or the telephone at your board of nursing, you may have gotten a lot of phone calls about it when the word about the 60-day rule first went out and was disseminated across the country. I know that I certainly did, and still do to some extent. I think that this rule boils down to the few points that I'm saying here. It is for RNs and LPNs. It pertains to a nurse who holds a compact license in their primary state of residency. And relocating to another compact state where they should seek another compact license. There's always confusion about, what does changing PSOR mean?

The analogue procedure was used in place of WINSTEPS to allow the calibration to be imbedded in the simulation. Method of field-test item selection. As in the actual NCLEX-RN, the simulation included fifteen field-test items embedded within sixty operational items. The field-test items were presented at random points during the test, with two limitations. No field-test items appeared during the first ten items administered to a simulated candidate, and no more than two field-test items were presented consecutively. During the simulation, assumptions were made concerning the activity of the testing system when administering field-test items.

Members of these organizations usually enjoy the opportunity to network with international nurse scholars and educators to pursue the goal of becoming a global leader. The Global Network of WHO Collaborating Centers for Nursing and Midwifery Development (www.whocc.gcal.ac.uk) is another organization that can help nurse educa- tors connect with international colleagues. The connecting points for this Network is through the WHO designated Collaborating Centers throughout the world. Currently, there are 37 such Centers in the world, and 12 are located in the United States. One could also go abroad as a consult- ant and/or visiting professor, though both options require an invitation from a host university.

So I would say a picture is worth 1,000 words. By using the correct format, buckets of data can be turned into eye-catching information where even the most boring of raw data can jump off the page, come to life, and tell a captivating story. This makes our points more accessible, persuasive, and impactful, therefore, a compelling action if we are to look beyond the mundane use of technology. AI is there to help us as part of a solution set. It can free time to enable us to press the boundaries of what it can do, do faster, do more accurately, and free up our time to think about the next big challenge.
