And then we're continuing to improve our systems with visibility for performance and diagnostics, but also the usability of those systems. We're developing the workflows, online forms, and approval processes, through Laserfiche, like I mentioned a minute ago. And we, too, are going through a website redesign, so we probably need to have more conversations, Chris, because we're trying to determine how to reduce some of the verbose content on our website to make it a little more palatable for those that might not understand it all. And Ginny and our vendor are constantly reviewing our application system to streamline that process and to make sure that there are no pitfalls with that.

All rights reserved. 6 PowerPoint presentation that would just be running in the background at our annual meeting and people would come up and say, "Why are we only a two-star state? What's going on?How do we step that up?" And immediately we started to get more and more participation so that we're up to, I got 24 down here, but it's up to 26 5-star states currently. Another benefit from us as we developed our PT compact language is that we insured, right? If you're gonna get a physical therapy compact privilege to practice another jurisdiction, we want to ensure that you don't have any encumbrances against your license.

Schowalter, MEd, RN, a founding “mother” of the organization and nursing regulatory pioneer who passed away on May, 26, 2025. Her contributions to regulation and public protection are profound. At a 1977 meeting of the American Nurses Association Council of State Boards of Nursing, Schowalter made the motion to form a task force to study the reorganization of the ANA Council of State Boards of Nursing, which led to the founding of NCSBN.

I've got a question for you, which is when Joe was presenting pass rate data, for example, and was showing some RN numbers, do we have PN numbers as well and how could people find those? - [Dr. Muntean] Yeah. So all of that information, we do have PN numbers and all that information is found on our website. It's all public information. The pattern is identical to the RN pass rates. They follow one another really closely. So we still have that seasonal pattern, and then we have strong pass rates currently right now. So if anyone's interested in looking at the specifics, please navigate to our website.
