And so with the increase of earn to learn options and apprenticeships, what are your thoughts on nursing students receiving clinical credit through apprenticeships. - So by apprenticeship do you mean like an extern? Because that's used... Or you're talking about like a residency post-graduation? You're talking about... - All the way through, apprenticeship for most of their clinical is received through apprenticeship. - I don't know what the literature says, but I think you can set that up as a course and get credit for that.

And the occupancy, which is primarily our office spaces is 2%. So, that's a broad overview of how we use our funds at national council. Now, on this slide, we're going to talk about the fund balance. In looking to the projected value of the fund balance from FY-23, through FY-26, you can see that the fund in this chart is about $273 million. Thank you. Eleven percent of FY-22 operating will come from the financial reserves as shown in the source of fund slide. We will project that we will need to continue to use some of those reserve funds to support operations resulting in a decline in the reserve balance.

Three of the four courses offer continuing education credit upon completion and more than 75,000 courses were taken by individuals enrolled. But in the 2024 cycle, we were thrilled to include the northern Mariana Islands and Guam. The core of the survey instrument is comprised of the forum, so that's the National Forum of Nursing Workforce, State Nursing Workforce Centers, Nurse Supply Minimum Dataset. This is kind of a general framework of about 26 questions or so, that include both demographic and workforce measures. So, age, gender, ethnicity, race, and then years' experience, practice type, specialty setting, etc.. Each cycle, though, we also regularly embed several custom elements. We endeavor for those not to change too much, because we want the continuity of the longitudinal data tracking with this survey.
