This year, rates of employment for new gradu- ates from public schools (88%) were more than private and proprietary (for-profit) schools (each 82%) (Table 6). In other words, most program failures occurred within the first three years of participation in the program. This figure shows that the percent of nurses successfully completing a program distinctly correlates with the number of times she or he is selected for a drug test. It also shows that after 26 tests per year, roughly twice a month, there does not seem to be much of an increase in the percent who successfully completed the program. This suggests that establishing a twice a month random selection for drug testing as a program standard would be highly effective.

Compliance Committee Report C. Moody, NLC Compliance Committee chair, reported that the committee reviewed toolkit components, which she presented to the Executive Committee in December 2024 and was granted approval for the committee to move ahead with a pilot program, which consisted of three states (AR, VT, WY) using the toolkit and offering feedback. The Executive Committee at its February meeting approved the toolkit, and approved for the Nursys® team, the NLC Technology Task Force, and a Compliance Committee subgroup to review Nursys reports to validate party state compliance.

In controlled and uncontrolled trials in patients with LGS and DS, 689 patients were treated with EPIDIOLEX, including 533 patients treated for more than 6 months, and 391 patients treated for more than 1 year. In an expanded access program and other compassionate use programs, 161 patients with DS and LGS were treated with EPIDIOLEX, including 109 patients treated for more than 6 months, 91 patients treated for more than 1 year, and 50 patients treated for more than 2 years.
