So with one of the goals being to measure clinical judgment, we knew that we'd have to devise some new item types of which you'll find references to on our website and we've done a number of webinars. But, we knew that we were going to have to introduce new item types to be able to measure clinical judgment. But we also knew that introducing those would allow us a significant opportunity to expand the range of measurement for all of the knowledge and skills not only just for clinical judgment.

    And so, you know, we encourage this big-picture idea, not to be, you know, siloed in a vacuum staring at a piece of paper about someone's life, we try to think about all of the components of their humanity and figure out how to be, you know, a just contributor to the best possible outcome. So, I love this website and I love these people. And they always put out brilliant ideas that are very useful in any line of work that you're in. But I particularly like...there are six principles of trauma- informed approach, mostly because it's applicable to just about any profession line of work.

    So, they're going to say, "There are no restrictions on my license." People want it to say "reinstated," which, that's not a license status, but I understand, they want it to be reinstated. They're saying they're no longer on probation. They're saying, "It says 'suspended' on my website, but it doesn't say it's suspended on the board's website." I've got two slides of these because they're the most common. This nurse actually knows all the jargon. So they gave us the right thing, they want it to say. "unencumbered," and it says, "contact board of nursing."
