This has increased the ability to respond to needs and there has been an increase in the use of telehealth provision during the crisis. Patients can protect themselves and others by getting needed treatment by a telehealth consultation rather than having to visit a provider in person. In our annual report program now where we have 38 states participating, all of the programs get all of the consistent questions. Then we knew that the quantitative data is very valuable. It gives us a lot about what's going on in terms of numbers, you know, how many students are enrolled, what's the turnover of deans and directors or faculty, etc. But it doesn't tell us what happened to cause these to go down. So then we decided we needed to do a qualitative study. For that study, we had five years of site visit documents. The site visit really gives you the quality and the stories of what's going on in the program when some of these metrics go down, you know, like NCLEX pass rates.
